Yeah, ok, but I much prefer the original KC version.

KC were good but ruined when the Sunshine Band joined up with them.

I left the Youtube music channel running in the other room and I guess it's clicked into a 70's Glam Rock playlist. In the last few minutes:

T-Rex - Jeepster
Alice Cooper - School's Out
Slade - Mama Weer All Crazee Now
Suzi Quattro - Devilgate Drive
Wizzard - See My Baby Jive

I know all the words!  :claphappy: I even know how to spell the Slade songs  :uneasy:

Wizard turned up at my student's union one night out of the blue (they were probably advertised but at the time I wouldn't have given a stuff).

The price they were asking to get in was ridiculous, so I climbed up the drain pipe and got in through the toilet window.

And they weren't worth even that, I remember thinking at the time  :D

Amazing I could think at all on a gutful of Newcastle Exhibition  ;D

Jerusalem, after all it has a 'chariot of fire' - not sure what William Blake would have thought of a SuperSmelly diesel.

I so like a good mezzo-soprano, which is sufficient introduction for Miss Wright.  Here she is in the presence of lots 'N' lots of Yorkshire folk.  And watch out for the chaps behind her standing to attention.

With all best wishes

The Table-Top Railway is an attempt to create, in British 'N' gauge,  a 'semi-scenic' railway in the old-fashioned style, reminiscent of the layouts of the 1930s to the 1950s.

Old Bill and Hubert did rather well with that truly powerful and majestic hymn! Whether steam loco's come in to it is another matter altogether.

Did anyone else think of Subbuteo at this point?

Ok, just me then  :hmmm:

It's still windy and wet here in the Chilterns, one good thing though, the wind has kindly blown most of the remaining leaves in the garden into neat piles around the flowerbeds! These piles have now been dealt with. So, with a cup of coffee I am listening to "Pink Moon" by the late Nick Drake...

Cheers,

Tim

The video has some added bits!
