I've been using Google to look up the retail prices of n gauge items for sale on e-Bay and came across one that offers unbelievable bargains, typically 60% of what bona fide retailers charge. The site is https://www.uwannad.com, which offers a very wide range of goods, not just model railway stuff. My suspicions were aroused by the general style of the website and the paucity of contact details. Further investigation showed that it is flagged on several scam reporting websites. For example someone pointed out that it is unlikely to have many reviews of items when the site has only been operating for a few days. Therefore I would recommend avoiding this site as it may be a ruse to extract your credit card details for fraudulent purposes.

100% fake; just look at the breadth of products they sell and the totally generic shop name. They're always the same. Free postage over $40 or so, and grossly undercutting every other channel.

I actually ordered something from one of them once, by accident because it was something only available from the US, so the price discrepancy didn't leap out (and it was cheap) and I was rushing! Bizarrely I got sent a piece of cheap jewellery. I can only assume they do it so there's an audit trail of postage; and you can't claim you didn't get the item. Suffice to say I requested a new card anyway to be on the safe side. All very odd.

These kinds of sites keep popping up. The content is usually scraped from somewhere like Amazon or Ebay (try selecting a reasonably specific sentence from a product description and put it into Google). The lack of any kind of specifics (company name, address etc.) in the "About us" section is a massive red flag.

A lot of the scams these days, the amazon scam, microsoft service and national crime agency originate from India. Because of the problems in India with covid, they  keep on working from home so be aware. They like to target the older generation and they ring on landlines has well has mobiles, if they ask you if you have a computer just say No and they usually hang up, they need your computer to rip you off.
Keep safe.
