Good service from Peco

I'm helping a local Men's Shed member build his OO layout along with a couple of other members, and it's been great fun. We've just got round to fitting point motors and are using Peco solenoids and their PL-15 switches. One of the latter had the fixing bolts missing which fit the switches to the base, and after trying to find replacements in the bits box and online I messaged Peco on Thursday afternoon to see if they could supply a replacement set. "No worries" was the prompt response and they arrived yesterday. That's great customer service in my book.

I've had points repaired by Peco, they phoned a couple of days later to say they are done, Ttaken a credit card over the phone and they have turned up in the post the following day. I can certainly endorse the speedy service bit.

Another 'Hurrah for Peco' here - their weathered ECC CDAs have long since ceased production, but I rang the shop on the off chance a few years ago and they had two, so I paid my money and they duly arrived next day.
